Mapping the Research on Organizational Climate: A Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract

This study employs bibliometric analysis to examine studies on
Organisational Climate. Our findings indicate a significant increase in
research publications. The majority of the publications have
originated from the United States, China, Australia, and Europe. The
key subjects in the field encompass Job Satisfaction, Ethics,
Commitment, Knowledge Management, Performance, Diversity
Inclusion, Employee attitudes, and employee engagement. This
paper examines the potential future paths and consequences of the
research.
